By entering and using the SNCF-Participations Website (hereafter referred to as "the Site") you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use. (If you do not accept these Terms of Use or any part of them, you should not use the Website.)

The Site's main purpose is to supply you with information on SNCF Participations and its activities.
The Site constitutes a work of which SNCF Participations is the author pursuant to Articles L. 111.1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. SNCF Participations designed and developed the Site. Drawings and images are the property of SNCF Participations, its affiliates or other third parties having authorised SNCF Participations to use them.
