SNCF Participations

SNCF Participations, the SNCF Group’s holding company, includes 46 companies or groups of companies complementing SNCF’s business activities. Monitoring the industrial, economic and financial coherence of the whole company, it ensures its governance.
It is responsible for studying cases for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, and approves the major investments made by its subsidiaries. It also provides them with support services in the areas of finance, accounts, legal advice, human resources, communication, purchasing and real estate. The subsidiaries’ business activities largely contribute to the development of the SNCF Group in France, Europe and worldwide.
